Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

  1. Add items to your shopping cart to calculate weight based shipping rates for those items that do not come with free shipping.

  2. Florida residents will be charged  sales tax.

  3. Non backordered items ship within 1-2 business days USPS. We do not ship on weekends. With that said, we ship fast and usually get packages out same day, every weekday. Please call us if you need clarification -or- if you need us to walk something out to the shippers, we like to help!

  4. Military APO / FPO:  No problem, use USPS Priority Mail service. FedEx services are not available for APO/FPO.

  5. We ship worldwide!

  6. Tracking numbers will be e-mailed the day of shipment.

  7. All packages are insured against loss & damage.

Returns

  1. We have an easy Return & Exchange policy: Please contact us before returning a product our wetsuit experts are here to help if you have any questions. We can help you find the right wetsuit in the right size, so please don't hesitate to contact us. If not simply fill out the form on the back of your receipt and mail it back to us using the carrier of your choice.

  3. Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase

  4. Items MUST be in brand new re-sellable condition with tags. Once a product hits the water, it's yours, so be sure to try it on before getting wet!

  5. Customer pays return shipping, we pay GROUND shipping back to you for exchanges only (USA customers). International customers pay all shipping charges associated with returns and exchanges. EZ ON Wetsuits is not responsible for returns lost in transit, so please use a service with tracking and consider insurance.​

Warranty

  1. EZ ON Wetsuits carry a 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects. We are also an authorized dealer of every product that we sell. All of our products are from reputable manufacturers that take pride in craftsmanship and stand behind their products.  Most items on our site carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty unless otherwise noted in the product description.
     

  2. Please contact us if you have a warranty situation. We will initiate a warranty claim on your behalf, and respond back with return instructions. All you have to do is send your clean and dry wetsuit to the manufacturer at the address we provide to you. Enclose a note with all of your contact info and a return mailing address + your warranty Return Authorization #. Eligible items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. Most companies turn around warranty claims within 2 weeks. 
     

  3. *Products used in commercial situations and rental fleets are not covered by warranty
